Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Data Orbit Core Co., Ltd., we maintain a fair and transparent enrollment, cancellation, and refund policy. Because our masterclass cohorts and review clinics maintain strict participant limits (capped at 8 students per cohort), late cancellations directly impact seat availability for other applicants.

1. Refund Eligibility & Timeframes

Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of your cancellation notice prior to the scheduled program kickoff date:

2. Conditions for Full & Partial Refunds

To qualify for a refund under Section 1, your cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email to info@dataorbitcore.click from the registered email address associated with your enrollment. The timestamp of the email receipt will determine the applicable cancellation window.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Work Already Started

The following items and educational services are strictly non-refundable:

• Shipped Physical Materials: Printed copies of the 140-page Annotated Historical Chart Playbook once packaged and dispatched via courier.
• Completed 1-on-1 Mentoring Sessions: Private mentoring hours and trade log diagnostic audits that have already been conducted.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend scheduled live studio sessions or live stream clinics without prior notification.
• Custom Institutional Workshops: Dedicated curriculum design fees for corporate or desk teams once syllabus drafting has begun.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that active market conditions or personal circumstances may require schedule adjustments:

• Masterclass & Workshop Cohorts: You may request one free transfer to a future scheduled cohort by providing written notice at least 14 days prior to your original start date.
• 1-on-1 Private Mentoring Sessions: Individual private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours of advance notice directly to your instructor. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice will be deducted from your remaining session balance.

5. Refund Request Process & Processing Time

1. Submit your written request to info@dataorbitcore.click with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Program Name]".
2. Our admissions and finance team will verify your enrollment timestamp and eligibility within 2 business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method utilized during enrollment (such as bank wire transfer, corporate transfer, or electronic banking channel). We do not issue cash refunds.

7. Course Cancellation by Data Orbit Core Co., Ltd.

In the rare event that Data Orbit Core must cancel or postpone a cohort due to instructor illness, severe natural events, or technical studio interruptions, enrolled participants will be offered the choice of an immediate 100% full refund or priority placement in the rescheduled cohort.
