Welcome to Data Orbit Core. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "Student," or "User") and Data Orbit Core Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of our website (dataorbitcore.click), educational workshops, mentoring programs, masterclasses, and instructional training materials.

1. Educational Purpose & Nature of Services

Data Orbit Core Co., Ltd. provides specialized educational instruction, historical chart analysis training, workshops, and coaching in technical market analysis and earnings reaction mechanics. All content, chart markups, slide decks, video recordings, and exercises are designed strictly for educational and analytical skill-development purposes.

Participants acknowledge that market chart analysis involves inherent uncertainty and risk. The Company does not offer personalized investment advice, broker-dealer services, asset management, or individual trade recommendations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All course curricula, proprietary chart playbooks, slide presentations, video recordings, analytical formulas, and website materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Data Orbit Core Co., Ltd. and are protected under Thai and international copyright laws.

Enrolled students are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for their personal educational study. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, sell, broadcast, or publicly share proprietary training materials without prior written consent from Data Orbit Core Co., Ltd.

3. Cohort Enrollment & Participation Standards

To preserve an optimal learning environment in our small-group cohorts and clinics:

• Participants agree to maintain professional, respectful conduct during live discussions and review clinics.
• Recording, capturing, or rebroadcasting live studio or stream sessions is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to revoke access to any participant who violates community standards or engages in disruptive behavior, subject to our refund policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Data Orbit Core Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from your application of technical analysis methodologies taught during our training programs.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to your enrollment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
